Ode to Villains - The Mayan Hisser
Now these bad boys are really, really bad.
We first see them in Exterminators #16 when they’re seen eating the deadly Draxx. Only they don’t die. They survive and I think they even mutate into some kind of super bug. The bugs rumored to have destroyed ancient Mayan civilization.
Larger, faster, stronger and way more sadistic than your average cockroach, these guys have a range of nasty habits.
These include (but are certainly not limited to):
- Paralyzing their victims through poison… (Exterminators #19)
- Which also severely dehydrates the victim… (Exterminators #19)
- And so they pee in the victim’s mouth to keep him hydrated… (Exterminators #19)
- Before eating him alive (Exterminators #23)
- And if they’re too busy mating to attack you, they’ll just cover you in bug jizz (Exterminators #26)
As we speak that’re plotting to destroy Bug Bee Gone headquarters and then the world at large.
Will they prevail?
